WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Within 15 days from the delivery of your package, you may request to return your order. All items will be inspected upon return, so you must return the products to us in perfect condition.
The products shall not have been used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with their original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your expense. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and do not get damaged on the way. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges as well as return handling costs that may occur when returning the products are the customer’s responsibility. The cost of the merchandise alone will be refunded unless an error occurred on our part of us. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest after we receive the returned products. Please note that shipping, additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have had will not be refunded by us. Always make sure to receive proof of posting from the carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) when sending your returns. During “Free Shipping”-campaigns, you as a customer only pay for the return shipment – if one should occur. Please also note that the returns should only be shipped via Express carrier (FedEx, DHL, etc.)
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
If you think that your order has been damaged during shipment, open and check the packages in front of the cargo officer where you received them.
If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery of the product and keep a record of the cargo company about the status of the item.
Please note, it will be counted that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty once the product has been received by you.
WILL YOU REFUND MY DELIVERY CHARGE IF I RETURN AN ITEM?
The right of withdrawal is not valid for food products in terms of the Turkish Code of Commerce. Nonetheless, we are attentive to your needs, you can send back your products that have not flown in or broken up while shipping. In the event that you should change your address after sending your order or when your order falls behind on your specific dates, the right of withdrawal will not be accepted.
You have the right to return your order when the parcel is damaged during the delivery process or the parcel falls apart, harming the quality of the product.
We will give your whole money back in case you want to return your order, or we will redeliver the product free of charge at your own sweet will.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU?
Before sending the item, please let us know and mention which item/s you are returning and the reason for your return. Pack the items in the original packaging and your invoice in it. Use an express shipping service of your own choice (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) and send the package to the address we will inform you of. We strongly suggest you keep the tracking number, as the package is your responsibility until it has reached us.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You cannot exchange an item that you bought.
